What to expect on your first visit
Your first visit will start with a consultation to determine if we can help your specific needs.
Then, a thorough exam will be performed to diagnose and plan. If x-rays are required, you will be referred to a radiologist to take x-rays. If you are a nutrition patient, you may be referred to a lab for bloodwork.
Depending on the results of the exam, you may or may not receive an adjustment on your first visit.
Care
Pain relief: If you are in pain, the plan will be to get you out of pain as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Corrective care: Once you are out of pain, corrective actions will be taken to help you heal 100% by using adjustments, home exercises/stretches, and other services.
Wellness care: This is for healthy individuals with no immediate or acute symptoms. If you underwent pain relief and corrective care, you may want to continue with wellness care to maintain health and prevent the return of the original condition. Wellness care is for everyone that wants to maintain/enhance overall health and prevent injuries.
Payment Options
Essentials For Wellness Family Chiropractic operates using a simple payment option. We are a cash practice offering reasonable and competitive prices. For patients that have insurance plans, we are happy to provide a superbill to submit to their insurance company to file and receive direct reimbursement should their plan have coverage for our specialty. After patients leave the office, they can rest easy knowing that they will not receive invoices in the mail or be responsible for any additional payments.
Payments may be made by check, cash, or card at the time of your visit. No convenience charges are added for cards.
